Description
This is Joel. He's a character I made as well as one of my Fallout Characters. I drew him as a little cute guy, though I've never actually digitally drawn what he looks like. For those of you who play Fallout 4 he's wearing the Hunter's Coat which is what Old Longfellow wears as his default outfit. I wasn't creative enough to make up his own clothes so I just used my Fallout character of him. Been trying out new and different things when it comes to digital art.
The background comes from my actual Red Rocket settlement from the PS4. And this is where Joel lives with his lady settler. I put it in GIMP and just used the oily filter because I'm too lazy to actually make a background myself.
